Please insert a clear photo of the placement on your own body of the tattoo area, including any scars, moles or existing tattoos surrounding it. Ideally with the area circled so i know the placement range. If its easier, i would recommend someone taking this photo for you when your body is naturally standing.

Please list any dates you know you can't do so I don't offer them to you. Also, please take into consideration any holidays you have booked, you wont be able to swim for 3 weeks after your tattoo or have your fresh tattoo exposed to sunlight for sunbathing so keep that in mind.

Do you have any health/skin conditions, allergies or blood related infections etc, I should know that may effect you getting tattooed.

Thankyou so much for your submission ! I will do my best to get back to all succsessful applicants quickly but please allow up to two weeks for a response. So please keep an eye on your Email including junk and spam folders as that's where I will be offering you a date if you're successful. You will be offered a date and i will require a deposit within 48 hours before it becomes open to other clients.

Please take into consideration that i can't book everyone in as i only have a certain amount of spaces to fill this time round, i will also only be taking on work that i feel i can do justice and can give my best work for :)
